Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual site conditions
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• We accept various payment methods including check, cash, and credit cards

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to maintain scheduled appointments. However, weather conditions and other factors may require rescheduling.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues
• Regular maintenance schedules may be adjusted seasonally

Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant us access to your property as needed to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring access to all areas requiring service and for securing pets during our visit.

Liability

Pacific Landcare Group is fully licensed, bonded, and insured (PACIFLC888M6). We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be detailed in individual service agreements. Living plant materials come with limited warranties as plants are subject to natural conditions.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
